On our audio netlabel we present a new publication by the canadian musician Mark Hjorthoy. The canadian produced exclusively for Spheredelic an EP, entitled "When the clours broke".
Marks Hjorthoy is a true all round talent. A brilliant guitarist, producer skillful, sensitive radio dj. He first has been recognized with his Band „Good Natured Threat“ from Vancouver. He is operating this project together with his wife Lara (vocals, art design), and the friendly rapper, Levvel.He presents the latest publication of his solo project „softclip“ on Spheredelic. It impresses because of musical variousness and scythe of distinctive arrangements. Despite the seriousness of Marks statements, it has an eased in principle atmosphere.
The intro "Broken" shows memorandum ream of David Gilmour in the guitar-playing, while "When The Colours Broke" takes you into a dreamy Trip-Hop world between western reefs, groovy hammond accents and contemplative spoken words . The EP finally culminates in the hypnotic deep house mix from Kiano Slo Motion Dub of "When The Colours Broke" that definitely answers all questions.
